Description
This black acrylic bezel has been designed and CNC manufactured to suit a 2.4″ nextion screen, commonly used with Arduino and Raspberry Pi boards.
The bezel hides the non illuminated portions of the screen display and provides a nice clean black gloss finish surround. (The pictures show the bezel with the protective film in place.)
Designed to fit into a 78mm x 46.5mm cutout in a project style box or lid, the bezel is secured using a suitable adhesive. There is a border around the bezel to allow flexibility for slight inaccuracies when creating the cutout in your project box.
There are two versions of this bezel for 2.4″ screens.
Standard: This bezel has a 4mm x 1mm thick border and is used on larger project boxes or housing.
Modified: At the request of customers, I have designed and manufactured a modified version of the bezel. It has been machined with a maximum height of 50mm, so that it will fit nicely into shallower project boxes. It has a 2mm border at the top and bottom x 1mm thick.
You have the option of purchasing the project box faceplate already laser cut to suit this “modified” bezel, see linked products below
There are 4 tapped holes to secure the screen to the bezel using the plastic screws provided.
Other colours are available.
