Wooden Christmas snowmen napkin holder, designed and manufactured on my CNC and laser machines.
As a manufacturer of bespoke acrylic, resin and wooden products I always like to manufacture something new, these nice new napkin holders have proven to be a great addition. Simple, but a nice craft item that can be painted or decorated (by you or your children) has proven very popular with customers, involving the children adds that little extra to the christmas build up . Many have amended the text to suit their own requirements, and all are really happy with their purchase.
These items are Laser cut from mdf, this Christmas snowmen napkin holder is supplied flat packed ready to assemble, it makes a nice centrepiece addition to the table for Christmas, and has been designed to accommodate two packs of Christmas napkins (not supplied)
The standard base has the following laser etched text:
“Merry Christmas”
“Let it snow. Let it snow, let it snow”
There are a few small tabs on each of the uprights that fit snugly into slots machined into the base, these tabs should be glued using craft or wood glue (or “ape glue”) , I have used a number of different glues, the ape version seems to be the best, and you don’t need to cure it under a “grilla” Be extra careful when pressing the tabs into the slots, press at the ends of the snowmen ONLY, not at the top of the arch.
This item can be painted, but it should be primed first to ensure paint adhesion, using a form of pva watered down or a commercial primer.
Approximate dimensions are: 225mm x 145mm x 120mm high.
This item is fully customisable, you can add your own text, making it your own personalised item.
